Corporate Governance
We follow strict corporate governance standards based on good market practices for decision-making processes and in the application of control mechanisms, guided by structured policies. Check out our main management tools:
Corporate governance is the system by which companies and other organizations are directed, monitored, and incentivized. It encompasses the relationships among shareholders, executive management, oversight and control bodies, and other stakeholders.
In its continuous pursuit of excellence in its services, Eurofarma relies on several committees and internal processes to operate with transparency. Its actions are strictly guided by the Code of Ethics and Conduct, which is regularly updated and disseminated through training programs. The company adopts best practices in controls and systems to ensure greater integrity, fairness, and accountability. Below are the main management tools.
We would also like to emphasize that Eurofarma values transparency. Therefore, through this link, it is possible to consult the contracts the company maintains with the public administration through the Transparency Portal, managed by the Office of the Comptroller General of the Union (CGU).
In line with our long-standing commitment to transparency, we would also like to highlight that all business partners formally authorized to participate in bidding processes involving Eurofarma products, without exception, undergo annual contract formalization, due diligence procedures, and compliance training.
